I'm trying to download a video from YouTube in HD. I'm using the HD URL for the video and the larger file size appears in the Videobox queue when I open it using the Safari plug-in. I click the download button and it begins, but then starts to convert the file. At about the 89% mark, I receive a conversion error every time. I'm using Videobox version 3.3. Help please.
Conversion Error

Good morning!
Conversion errors usually mean you are using settings that are not compatible with the final video file you are producing... Rule of thumb, unless you actually want to change some values and know what you are doing, you should pretty much leave all the "Use Input file's" checkboxes in Videobox's preferences. This will tell Videobox to try and keep the same settings as the original file, which is usually as good as it gets. I'd also not check 2-pass conversion or deinterlace, unless, again, you absolutely know that you need them.
Note also that the actual output format might make a difference: if you can use mp4, I suggest you go with that as it is a very flexible and widely-used format; it'll make your life easier.
If that still does not work, can you please tell us the URL you are trying to download, and the settings you are using?
Thanks!
