Does anyone have WebSnapper working?

I used to use WebSnapper a huge amount and then had to stop recently because of Lion and Apple's changes to Safari.

I re-installed it all today with Lion and Safari 5.1.1 and I can't make it work. The button appears in the Safari toolbar, but clicking it does nothing. It does seem to work if I open the application separately and drag a URL in. I also tried using the old keyboard shortcut but that also did nothing in Safari and I can't see any reference to it anywhere. Under File there is no option to grab the page or use Web Snapper, and in the Safari preferences pane the only option for WebSnapper is to enable or disable it (I have it enabled).

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong. It seems odd to me that the toolbar icon is appearing, but that it seems to have no function.

Good day -sorry for the delayed response. It sounds like you need to restart your Mac, so the Finder realizes you are using the latest version of Web Snapper. If that still does not do it, then please contact us by email so we can hunt this issue down with you.

I have the same problems, booth with VideoBox and with Websnapper. They don´t respond if I click on the Safari extension buttons, and I have to do the loading of URLs manually. Before Safari 5.1 it all worked well.

Ok - for issues like this, we need to do some one on one tech support... It is possible something on your Mac is causing this, but it's not something we can find through forums like these. I will contact you off list to try and figure this one out with you.
