Hi: I have tried to update since some weeks ago, but this message appears: Update Error! The update is improperly signed.
I have snow leopard, last version. Ideas?

Hi! Yes, unfortunately, the automatic upgrade was broken in some older versions. The fix, though, is quite simple: just grab the latest version off our website, and then install it manually by dragging the new Videobox version to your "Applications" folder, replacing the one that's already there. Then launch the new version so it can also upgrade your Safari button, if you use it.
