Flag-It is gone after Migration Assistant

Hi!

I upgraded to a new MacPro (same OS 10.6.8) and when I opened Mail, Flag-It was gone. I tried to reinstall but it states that it says "The Installation Failed". I made sure all APPS were closed so unsure what to do next. Hopefully you have a solution and my flags return on all my emails. I did notice that the basic flag is still there at least.
