Links aren't always preserved

I'm using os x 10.6.8, Firefox 6, and the latest v. of WS. Some pages, when saved, lose the links. For example, the front page of NYTIMES, and also Drudge Report. Any idea why this is?

Yeah - unfortunately, this is a bug in the new WebKit libraries form Apple... We have signaled the bug to them, and they have acknowledged it and are (we hope!) working on it. But there is nothing we can do, unfortunately... Sorry!

Oh Apple. You disable pdf links in the new webkit but now magically you're webarchive file looks alot like the old Web Snapper pdf, with working links and layout. Is this imitation and flattery and all that or something else?. I feel your pain Jean and Groovytop.
