   Hello,

   I would like to download this free video from lynda.com, http://www.lynda.com/home/Player.aspx?lpk4=75866, videobox put it in the queue but cannot download it.
   Any help?

   Hi!

   Well, the good news is, I was able to download the video over here... SO most likely, this is an issue with the settings you are using... What happens exactly when you try and download it? Could you tell us which settings you use? (fromat, bit rate, 2 pass conversion, etc...)

   I tried the same and get a message "Videobox could not find a video clip on that page. Please locate the clip and hit "play"" If I copy the url to my browser (chrome) it plays the video.

   Ah - ok, so you are using drag and drop... Drag and drop will never be as powerful as the Safari plugin... So you will have to do some extra work, in some cases. But before we go there, can you please tell us which version of Videobox you are running?
