my vimeo conversion quality is terrrible. any ideas why?

Good day!
Well - it all depends on your settings... It is usually best, in Videobox's preferences, to check all the Use Input File's settings... This tells Videobox to keep all output parameters as close to the original file values.... If you set things like size, bitrate, etc... manually, you can really mess-up the quality of your final file.
